RAW COOKIE DOUGH SHIPPING POLICY:


Monday - Tuesday Shipping:

In order to insure a safe and tasty arrival, our Raw Cookie Dough Products are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only.  This way, the product has no danger of sitting all weekend in a shipping facility and is guaranteed to reach you ASAP.

All Raw Cookie Dough Products are shipped on Monday or Tuesday for delivery by Friday of the same week. Any order that we recieve after 9:00 AM CST on Tuesday will be shipped the following week.

This policy applies to all of our ship-frozen products including Cookie Dough Sandwiches, Cookie Dough Pints, Brownie Sandwiches, 10" Cookie Dough Sandwich, Cheesecakes, and Turtle Cookie Dough Fudge Brownie.

For shipping of our Gourmet Cookies, you can choose either Ground shipping or 2nd Day Air shipping:
  • Ground Shipping Policies for Gourmet Cookies:
    • All orders will be received by customers in 3 to 7 business days after we receive the order.  Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
    • All orders will be baked fresh the first business day after we receive the order and shipped on the same day. 
  • 2nd Day Air Shipping Policies for Gourmet Cookies:
    • All orders that we receive after 4:00 pm CST will be considered as being received on the following business day.  Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
    • All orders will be baked fresh the first business day after we receive the order and shipped on the same day. 
    • Orders will be received two business days following shipment.
