All of your pack sizes have changed. What is the difference?
We recently re-designed all of our pack sizes allowing us to decrease shipping costs. Also, due to customer requests we created a smaller Cookie Dough Sandwich Pack (6 Sandwiches) allowing us to deliver an entry product at a much reduced price. What is even better is that the new Cookie Dough Sandwiches are 25% larger than our previous Sandwiches. We also established some new flavor combinations, highlighted by our new Cake Batter Cookie Dough, made with gobs of real yellow cake and chunks of frosting.
I noticed you no longer ship your cookies in tins and baskets. Why did you make the change?
Customer feedback told us that most people were interested in EATING our incredibly delicious gourmet cookies, so we now ship them in carefully wrapped gift boxes allowing us to lower our prices! How should we store your products after we receive them?
Cookie Dough Sandwiches can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If you wish to store them for a longer period of time, simply place them in a zip-lock bag and put them in the freezer. They can be stored in a freezer for up to 3 months. You can then thaw them by putting them in the refrigerator or by using a microwave oven. Caution: When thawing Cookie Dough Sandwiches in the microwave, use low heat settings or just thaw in 5 to 10 second intervals and test for proper temperature after each interval.
Cookie Dough Pints can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If you wish to store them for a longer period of time, place them in the freezer. They can be stored in a freezer for up to 3 months.

Gourmet Cookies should be eaten fresh in 2 to 3 days after you receive them. We do not recommend placing them in the refrigerator to extend freshness. For longer-term storage wrap cookies in plastic wrap, place them in a zip-lock bag and place them in a freezer. Important: When thawing Gourmet Cookies, take the zip-lock bag out of the freezer and place it on a kitchen counter at room temperature and DO NOT OPEN THE ZIP-LOCK BAG UNTIL THE COOKIES HAVE REACHED ROOM TEMPERATURE. This will ensure maximum freshness. If you do not wish to thaw the entire zip-lock bag of cookies, take the cookies you want to thaw from the zip-lock bag and place them in a separate zip-lock bag and put them on the kitchen counter at room temperature and thaw as explained above. You can then return the original bag of cookies to the freezer.
